Return Policy

  • Bed linen: up to 100 days after receiving your order.

  • Towels: up to 30 days after receiving your order.

Items must be

  • New and unused
  • With all original tags
  • In the original packaging
  • In perfect condition

How to Proceed with a Return

Send us an email at info@momo-cotton.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The items you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item(s) if there is any defect, including photos of the inside tags showing the size

Our team will respond with all the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.

Once we receive the items and confirm they meet the conditions, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Important: Upon receiving your order, always check the condition of the items. If you notice any issue, take photos and contact us immediately at info@momo-cotton.com.
